Wilde Ave flooring – SmartCore
We had a feeling this property would be a second home for someone looking for beach house- so I wanted to give it a coastal feel.
This lighter flooring was just what I was looking for! This combined with an AMAZING front door color (see previous post) created the perfect beachy vibe without sacrificing style. And it’s pretty comfortable when you are EXHAUSTED 😁.

Completion of our dining room table…used Minwax Special Walnut stain on first coat, then Classic Gray on second coat – all from Lowe’s Home Improvement.
It looks amazing!

Some of our kids helped make a dining room table for our Chimney Lane project. Now that it’s all together, stain and polyurethane are next!
